You really should go straight to your dentist.
You can go to school after the dentist, you'll only miss an hour or so of school.

If you are having a throbbing ache this would indicate that you either are developing an abcess of the tooth due to decay- Ibuprofen can help ease the pain a bit but the key when you have a toothache is antibiotics those are what attack the infection and stop the pain. If you can contact your dentist after hours maybe they can take care of this for you. If you have 800 motrin this is also a bit stronger and will help you manage the pain a bit. I truly hope you feel better- I know the pain is very unpleasant.

...... Suck on a clove .... or Oil of Cloves directly applied with a cotton bud is even more effective .....
