Brazil Does not have an embassy in Asmara, Eritrea. The closest two embassies would be the embassy in Nairobi, Kenya or Cairo, Egypt. The address are:

Eritrea is a very small country with no trade of any kind which is needed by Brazil. Hence, there would be no Brazilian Embassy in Asmara. The nearest Brazilian Embassy would be in Addis Ababa, the capital of AU, or Egypt, Dar-es-Salaam Tanzania.
