No, but the negligence of the adherents to attain the highest standards of conduct and wisdom from it does, and this I include myself. I thus strive for patience with others so I might be fairly treated patiently, by God, and hopefully, mankind.

The problem is religion's exclusive claim on "Moral Virtue," as though they invented the concept. Religion has produced some of the most amoral and unrighteous monsters in history.
The concept of religion doesn't annoy me as much as the practitioners of religion.

Religious intolerance annoys me. Religious bigotry that promotes killing the infidels annoys me.
As long as a person practices their religion like they do their masturbation it is OK; best kept private.
We know them by their works. Too many religious people are simply fascists in colorful costumes.
As for your quote from Blake, nonsense; we can make this world what we want. If everyone is on board, this world can be made heavenly.

My religion doesn't bother me but the people do. Like they assume I'm someone who doesn't know anything about the world or what I'm talking about but the thing is, is that I know more than they probably could ever get their minds to wrap around. Or the people in my church who act like they're perfect and they're freaking lying through their teeth!! So not the religion but the people. Always the people.

I'm sure the thousands of millions of people who have died as a direct result of religion over time are pretty annoyed by it.
PS: Yes it is the thing that annoys me most in the world.

No. What annoys me are willfully ignorant people. What annoys me as well is Fundamentalism, Evangelicism, and fanaticism of any kind whatsoever. Otherwise I don't have much of a problem with religion.

Religion in and of itself doesn't annoy me as much as religious people trying to demand that everyone else live by their religious beliefs.
