Tinnitus , how long have you had it ?

what triggered it ?did you get used to it ?

mine was triggered by the passing away of a close family member.four years ago.

About 17 years. And unless someone says something about it I don't pay much attention to it.
My trigger was Menieres Disease.

I have had it for about 20 years and the cause is nerve damage and I am losing my hearing.Yes I have gotten used to it but as I have gotten older it is sort of a buzz now.
