well, the chocolate milk is not good, and the cereal, while sounding healthy, could in fact be full of sugar.

you could be suffering from fluid retention if you are drinking lots of water, but don't stop the water! It is so good for you, for so many reasons!

this COULD be an increase in muscle, but if it has only been 3 days, well, that's a quick period for muscle to develop in.

I would suggest to keep at it, don't lose your resolve, and don't expect quick results, it has only been 3 days. After a few weeks you should start to see the benefits.

quick weight loss only results in quicker weight regain!!

It sounds like you are doing a good job covering all aspects of good weight loss. ie eat right and exercise.

When you were weighed was it on the same scale each time? Because some scales can vary from eachother. If they were different, I would try to always weigh yourself on the same scale.

Also, Always weigh yourself at the same time of day. Early morning is best. Your weight can fluctuate throughout the day. I usually notice a 3-4 lb difference between day and night. Don't let this frustrate you, it is normal.

It could be some muscle that you are adding, Turbo Jam is a good workout and works SO many muscles. As mentioned before, make sure you're not eating a really sugary cereal. Try special K or something of that nature. Try to stick with Skim milk in your cereal and with your choc milk. Drinking water is super smart too!! good job.
Try not to eat dinner too late, I'd say before 7 for sure.

Keep it up and I bet you'll see a change for the better. Way to go in taking the initiative to make yourself stronger and healthier! Stick with it and Good luck!!!

The scale is a terrible indicator of progress! My trainer says to ONLY weigh yourself ONCE a week, preferably on the same day at the same time, i.e., every Friday morning. He also says you'll be lighter when you first wake up and don't forget that the week before menstruation you will be holding water. There are many things to consider if you're only going to use a scale to measure yourself. Try getting a tape measure and measuring your body parts. Check out Bill Phillip's book Body for Life for more info on that.

I've been doing Turbo Jam for almost two months. I'm definitely leaner and my clothes fit better.

Good luck!

Believe me I know that losing weight can be frustrating. I think you are doing really well and doing everything right! Most likely you are gaining muscle. If I were you I would stay away from the scale because that can be misleading. Keep doing what your doing and you will feel and see it, not just read numbers on a scale. Good luck and keep it up!

Muscle weighs more than fat. So maybe it is muscle weight.
