annoying windows vista notification?

I blocked some startup programs in vista and now i get a bubble every 5 minutes saying "startup programs have been blocked". How do I get rid of this pointless notification? Thanks

unblock the programs and remove them from your startup menu.

My advice is to revert back to Win XP. I installed Vista and it screwed up my comp somewhat. So I have taken it off and re-installed XP. It is working great again. There are too many bugs and teething problems with Vista at the moment.
