Considering that he apparently created "Lucifer" (el Diablo).

Another question: If God is omniscient, why did he create Lucifer, considering that he's supposed to kinow the trouble Lucifer will bring?

Actually men are responsible for the world's problem because man made up God in order to cover their evil! Man also created the devil, it is that easy!

That is a good question, but God is not "responsible" for other spirits or human beings actions. He's accountable for our existence, but not responsible for our actions. If you did not experience hatred/Lucifer, how would you know what love is? You wouldn't have anything to compare love too...unfortunately, there is negative and positives so that we know what love is...

Yes God is responsible, but responsible does not equal blamable. Responsibility, by definition, deems "one who is able to respond". Thus these things are "created", or accidental" of God's reality, so that each rational (relational) soul may become joyous according to its own choices, by virtue of recognition of God's ability to overcome all limitations of partiality and self, despite appearances to the contrary at first.

Um... What kind of test would world hunger be? Or poverty or AIDS. There's a HIV vaccine in testing though... Anyway, that is a crappy test. And yeah, man is the cause of the world's problems. Because man wrote the Bible, man invented the nuclear bomb, and a lot of other stuff.

Lucifer is part of Gods plan too! He had/has free will too! That means free will to choose evil, God doesn't choose evil.

God gave us free choice. He gave Lucifer free choice. Not all our problems are because of lucifer. It is our choice to listen to him.
