Several reasons... there's atmospheric pressure all right, but other reasons could be evaporation of its water content (when u make bubbles in the sun or in a place where the air is hot/dry they pop faster because their water content evaporates), air turbulence (like winds), and the most common one dryness (when the bubble comes in contact with a dry surface it pops instantly).
There's an experiment that says that a bubble won't pop even if punctured by a wet pin or a wet nail (haven't tried it myself tho)
