Okay, if you don't mind spending a little money, try out the "RELEASE" diet program. It costs between $160 and $200 for a 3 month supply but let me tell you this...I have had a weight problem all my life, I have medical problems that prevent me from doing regular exercises, plus I have a thyroid problem. I did this diet for 3 months taking the pills religiously, drinking the protein shake (only 6 ounces each time) 4 times a day (breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack) and race walked (twisting hips walking very fast but not jogging). I lost an average of 10 lbs per month and I have kept it off. That is a total of 30 lbs and I lost 15 inches all over my body. I went from a size 26 to a 14 and felt great! I was never hungry, but stay away from carbs because they do not mix with the RELEASE program. So combine with a low carb, I do 300 carbs or less per day, race walking 2 to 3 times a week about 3 miles each time (work up to it if you need to) and the release program. The protein shakes come in Chocolate, Vanilla, and my favoriate - Cookies and Cream! The drink really does fill you up and satisfy you. Of course at dinner, have a healthy dinner and no splurging on sweets. Please visit the website I have included for more information. Oh yes, I never had any negative side affects like one does with a lot of other weight loss pill programs. Give it a try and good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Some of the options listed here are quite dangerous!
Eat a good breakfast of oatmeal with skim milk and fruit on it or you can do the same with cold cereal, eat plenty of fruits and raw vegetables as snacks.
You can do what I did and it works great without any health risks and it is quite tasty.
I eat a large helping of rice with about 1/4 cup of soup or steamed vegetables on it for each meal.
You feel full and the weight drops safely away!
Water is a good idea too, as long as you don't get carried away with it.
Too much water , more that 5-16 oz. glasses a day, will drain your system of needed minerals and vitamins, leaving your immune system open to all kinds of infections and diseases.
I now live in the Philippines and they live very well this way, you see very few fat Filipinos!

Start small. Make goals, make them measurable, and reward your self for following through (not with food).

Drink water, eat a well-balanced, calorie restricted diet, and get moderate exercise. Make little deals with yourself. Maybe put a jar on a desk, and for every week you do all three, put $10 aside for new clothes. Or, tell yourself that if you workout 3 times a week for 30 minutes, you'll buy yourself new running shoes. It can really keep yourself on track when you see yourself losing something tangible.

Good luck... you can lose 1-2 pounds a week (4 to 8 pounds), but if you have 50+ pounds to lose, it could be over 10.

I found a great way to lose weight fast and keep it off. I do body cleansing. I lost 13 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. Cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurites come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives etc. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To shrink the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I lost something like 50 pounds in 3 months so you break that up and its not to bad, thats alot of weigt in that time frame. Important things that helped go down to 30 grams of fat a DAY, about 300-400 calories per meal. Cut out corn and potatoes, and fruit for now, because it has natural sugars and that works against you losing weight. you can add them in later. Eat lean meats like chicken and turkey, also turkey burger is great if you cook it up with some montreal steak seasoning. and the big thing is vegtables eat those to fill you up, beause there basically free. Fat free french dressing taste just like regular its delicioius, and healthy choice meals are fast and really good. Oh one more thing, eat whole grain bread and drink lots of water. Good luck!

The reason diets do not work is that people deprive themselves of food and do exercises that will not fit into their daily lives they also want a 2quick fix" such as pills that do not work and are expensive. The way to lose weight successfully and to keep it off is to ignore shakes from weight watchers and the like and to gradually increase exercises into your day such as walking part or all the way to school just make sure you get to leave the house earlier and to eat normal foods but less reduce your intake every day but allow yourself to enjoy what you do eat if you have an attack of the munchies choose fruit to replace crisps and sweets but do not deny yourself completely. Aim to lose 1 to 2ibs per week as this is the natural healthy way and indeed only way.

eat sensibly and follow a daily exercise routine
at least 30 minutes a day.
You may only lose a couple pounds a month but
you are building muscle and muscle weighs more
As you go on you will continue to lose the weight
and you can keep it off if you keep exercising and
eating sensibly

You should expect to lose one to two pounds per week and safely lose up to ten pounds per month, depending on how much you have to lose. Check out the following website for tips on changing eating and exercise habits, then email me with any questions (I'm a certified personal trainer.)
