I have to do a work flow plan as part of my hospitality course. If you can help e-mail me and i will send you the details of what things I have to include. Help would be much appreciated.

If you are studying to be a chef, then a work flow plan is basically a plan that will give you a good structure of what your task is, the steps needed to do that task, how long it will take you to complete each step to accomplish that task, and what you can do in between tasks. The whole idea to a work flow plan is that when you get to the workplace it ensures that you use the time that you have as efficiently as possible without wasting time. I did a chef's course and I remember doing a work flow plan.
