What a great question!! You really made me think. Exercise is definately a top one for me. I always feel more in control when I work out. Also letting go of the past. I have found that carrying a grudge is cancerous, it will eat away at you. Getting enough sleep. Another big one for me is to take some time out for myself. I work full time and have 3 kids (4 if you count my husband). I always felt I had to be perfect and do everything. I started taking some time for me. I have one night a month where I go out with just girlfriends. Or I take a bubble bath and read. Just to get with my thoughts. These things make me a happier person.

P.S. New shoes also make me happier LOL

I think exercise is an important part of having a healthier life. Being active and getting your heart rate up really makes a difference. It makes you look forward to beating goals and noticing a physical difference in your apperance.

Don't compare yourself to others, do things you enjoy, don't keep grudges or carry around hatred. Find a way to feel connected to the rest of the human race.

i say exercise. i should take that advice myself...

-slow down and smell the roses.
-re-evaluate what your goals are and be sure they are not $$$ goals.
-get in touch with your feelings and really understand why you do what you do.
start to understand what type of personality you have. your strengths and weaknesses and accept and grow
-try to be more balanced in life.
