I go directly to the web sites and "unsubscribe" to not get any more email? I get the same errors over and over. They are advertising sites? Thanks for your help

Nothing is in my new emails only in the spam folders in the morning and ALL day-like 100 or so. I'm tired of seeing them. Apparently it is working but tired of looking at it. I delete them throughout the day. Is that all that can be done? Thanks

Not a good idea. These people just want to verify that they have a valid e-mail address.

If the junk mail goes into your inbox, click the box preceding 'sender' and then click the SPAM button. That person will be blocked.

In Yahoo mail, Options, General Preferences, look for the option as to how many e-mails you want displayed at one time.

I have mine set to 25. I quickly eye-scan the list of senders in case someone accidentally landed there, then click the "check all" button, then click the "delete" button. All gone with 2 mouse clicks.
