I use Infusium23 spray because it also conditions. Once you spray it on and comb through, it tames your hair right away.

If you don't already, try using conditioner after shampooing. After you've washed your hair apply a serum for defrizzing. When you go to shop for a "frizz cure" make sure you read what kind of hair it's for (hair products are odd, make sure your getting stuff for curly hair if your hair is curly, or stuff for straight hair if it's straight, and so on.)
If a frizz serum doesn't work, try a leave-on conditioner. I actually don't suggest these though, because if your hair is thin, this might make it feel, and sometimes even LOOK greasy. If that happens, use a small amount of baby powder, and try not to use a lot.
If your hair is frizzy from damage then you should probably cut it. I had really long black hair that I tried to bleach, perm straight, and highlight a few years ago, and it became horrible frizzy mess. I cut it last year and kept it natural, so now it's a lot better.
If it's not damage then try shapoos, conditioners, and other hair products that are specifically for de-frizzing.
That's all I've got, take care dear! [:
