Hi,
There is a green card lottery held in the US Embassy in Beograd. Also, you might want to look into getting a job with an American firm in Serbia that will then transfer you and sponsor you to move to the US.
Finally, you can pay someone to marry you and get the green card that way.

You know there was an 18 year old from Serbia that had been living in the USA for just a few years who recently went on a shooting spree and killed 5 people in a mall.
So fill out your paperwork for your immigration application and be a good guy ok, no shooting people.

The easiest way is to get into Mexico and come across the border. 12 million mexicans can't be wrong...Once you are here you are fine. Hardly anyone gets deported.
