Since yesterday my stomach felt like inflated, I felt like it was swollen, and because of that I started to feel very uncomfortable. Towards nightime, I started to get this uncomfortable pain in my lower right abodomen, and I still have it. I does not totally hurt all the time but it does feel uncomfortable, like when I bend down or sit down and then stand back up. Yesterday I felt like having lots of gas in me, and then this pain started and I am still feeling it today. It does hurt when I push down on where it hurts, just right below my stomach to one side. What could it be, is it normal?

Go and be checked by a doctor to make sure you don't have apendicitis.

If you are having any right lower abdominal pain you could have appendicitis. You should be seen be a physic an as soon as possible. Appendicitis usually doesn't hurt when you push on the area but, its very painful when you remove you hand (rebound tenderness).

Sounds like you are constipated and gassy.
Exercise and water helps to move things through, if you have a normal bowel movement and continue to have pain- and.or it gets worse, you may have a different problem and should see a doctor. But your description sounds pretty typical of gas.

It could be anything from Ovulation to Appendicitis... Do you have a fever? Vomiting? Diarrhea? If the pain worsens get to your Dr. ... Chances are its just a little Gastroenteritis but have it check just to be safe if pain continues pass tomorrow

that is where your liver is i think. you should probably drink a lot of water to flush out your system. you could be dehydrated or it could be a kidney stone or something else. if it lasts over a week i would go to your doctor. it could also be a type of food that you ate. that would explain the gas, but definetly load up on water.

If the pain is on your left side, right below your ribs it's probably gastritis.
