How Can I Not Be Afraid?

Well I really like this girl but have a hard time approaching and talking to her. I can talk to some other people without any problem but when I see her or try to talk to her I always chicken out. How can I not chicken out or find some courage to just talk to her?

i do this sumtimes to. its hard, and u really need to pressure urself to do this. tell urself that its only like a couple seconds of ur life. ur not going to die (unless she has a gun under her shirt and decides to shoot... lol, i doubt it though) u will never et to know this girl. just take it one little step at a time. just b like, hi! one day, and then the next b like hey ____!(that would b one more word than the last day!) and then ya, kind of progress like that if its really hard for u to talk with girls u like. it will pass over time, dont worry!!

You could try asking your parents for help if you are willing to tell them that you like someone. One thing is that you should ALWAYS BE YOURSELF...act normal. If you get really nervous when you see the girl and dont know how you should talk to her..try talking in the mirror..it actually helps.

P.S.- funny thing is that i can give you this advice but i cant even ask a girl out either...lolz

Go up to her with a friend or write her a note. Just be sure to not hide behind your friends. If you want to make conversation, ask her what she thought of a test or a movie that came out or something like that.

Although many people say confidence big.I just think you'll never know if you don't try, and don't over think it you'll just end up not being yourself. If u do try remember, don't give up unless it just doesn't work give it time and heart. Infatuations are never good.
