18 year old guy in a Lexus and decent looking gets out of his car and your best friend who is pretty good looking says "Hi" (trying to pick him up), and he sorta brushes her off and says "how's it going" but avoids any eye contact and doesnt even look at her. Would you think he is:

This fella is a real jerk.Jackass.He has the money but perhaps no personality.This fellas is an empty guy.Feel sorry for him.
