What about it? There is viral and bacterial. Viral is not as serious. One needs to keep fluids up to prevent dehydration. Bacterial require antibiotics...seriouness depends on which bacteria has invaded. Dehydration is also an issue here too. You need to be more specific if you want more information.

A bad bug...usually includes diarrhea, vomitting, sometimes fever, cramps
