i'v been trying to lose weight. i'm 5'5" & 120 lb., i want to get to 110 lb. i'v been on a (healthy) diet for a month & i try to exercise whenever i can (which isn't a lot). i eat about 5 small meals a day consisting mainly of fruits & veggies, wheat bread, eggs, & cereal.
i'v only lost 2 lb. in the past month, i want to lose more, can anyone help me? (i don't really have the time to exercise a lot)

You should probably cut back on the wheat because that is a heavier food that is not going to do you any good if you want to loose weigh. Also make a certain time every day to exercises whether you go the gym or even run around the block that can really help. If that doesn't work try Pilates. Also there is a website i think it's called Denise Austin On line. Its a weight losing program you should try it. You should try all these things if you really want to loose weight but that weight is perfect for your height you are suppose to be in between 117lbs and 155lbs. Your are at a perfect weight right now

Find a chart that states how many calories you need to consume to lose about 2 lbs. per week for your height and weight. You don't need to lose more than that. You'd be amazed at what 30 minutes of walking or other cardiovascular exercise can do for your metabolism. Ten lbs. isn't much to have to lose. Your doing a lot right, your diet sounds great! Good luck on your way to a better , slimmer you.

look up online the quickest way to lose weights, by excercising.
like 10 minutes of running in place in the morning, or jumping jacks, even the littlest things help
or if you can run on a tread mill or something, whenver you get the time.
it takes women a lot more time to lose weight.
and usually it takes 6 lbs before you'll even start to notice, or lose weight from your tummy.
so just take it easy.

What I don't get is why people don't just try not eating for a day or 2. Fasting is a very good way to lose weight/ clean out your body.

well some peoples metabolism is slow so it doesn't burn much fat. so you are working out and your body is burning that food you are eating you might be eating healthy food but it is still making your body burn calories so i suggest you take vitamins pill to bust your metabolism.you really don't need to loss weight I'm 5.5 and is 126lb and i am not fat.
you can do couple of exercises like crunches,arm exercises and leg. good luck losing weight and staying in shape Jamie

what i did is ate a small break-fast like cerial and 2% milk
skipped LUNCH ate a small snack no soda's at all and eat a small meal B4 seven dont eat no meals after 7:00 if u get hungary eat an fruit
and get lots of exor-size like every time your walking power walk and take the long way every time

You don't need to lose weight, for your height you should weigh between 117 and 155 lbs depending upon your frame, so you are absolutely perfect! What you need to lose is your poor self image.

eat smaller portions and drink more water
also:
join a no cut sports team, that should give you the motivation to excersise more

It appears that according to what you stated and your stats there is nothing wrong with you. Maybe you are expecting too much of yourself.
