it's getting really embarressing cuz it's during classes...:$
does anyone know how to stop this or methods to make it stop growling or what is going on...
any information....??

Maybe you're nervous. Pay attention to your heart beat the next time you're in class or the next time your stomach turns. If your heart is beating fast than you might be anxious or nervous about something. If so, talk to someone about it, maybe your school counselor.

just because you are not hungry it does not mean it's not time to eat again maybe 4or5 hours have passed since you've eaten and you didn't realize it has been that long and the tummy is letting you know it.

do you chew sugarless gum? In some people this can cause a stomach irritation that creates gas. This can cause your stomach to rumble & roll..

The only thing i would say is that you may be sick? but if not, your stomach graoling is just your stomach muccels moving so yah :D
