That's quite the assignment.... I'll help as much as possible... But first, my spelling is terrible, so just know there are probably a lot of words that may not be quite right.
Lumbar puncture. This is a type of spinal tap. Basically, in layman's terms, you place a needle into the back (lumbar is the lower back, above your butt in that little curved area) This needle has a catheter with it (a hollow tube) What you are looking for is the epidural space, where the spinal fluid is. After you reach this you pull the needle out, leave the catheter in, and the spinal fluid leaks out through the tube. This is then tested.
CT scan, or CAT scan. Computerized tomography or computerized axial tomography. It's a very large machine. I'd recommend searching online for a picture because there are different types. The one I have been in has a table you lay on and they put you through this giant donut looking device. Before they send you through, you get an IV with contrast in it. This contrast goes through your body and as you enter the CAT scan, you are photographed. The contrast picks up on the CAT scan and shows all sorts of stuff in your body, like cancer, or in case of trauma, injuries. It's pretty cool to watch, but not so cool to have done because it takes a long time and the stuff you have to drink the night before tastes terrible. It's 3D pictures and uses X-ray
An MRI is another imaging device but it's magnetic. MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) It also involves contrast and the pictures look a little different. It's also a pain to have done, you have to have contrast via IV as well. It takes a long time and the machine makes a lot of noise. I compare it to being stuck in a torpedo tube on a submarine. Very hot and cramped
I got this information below from a website that I'll give you
"Both CT and MRI scanners can generate multiple two-dimensional cross-sections (slices) of tissue and three-dimensional reconstructions. Unlike CT, which uses only X-ray attenuation to generate image contrast, MRI has a long list of properties that may be used to generate image contrast. By variation of scanning parameters, tissue contrast can be altered and enhanced in various ways to detect different features."
I think retinoblastoma is a cancer in the eye, not sure though, but with the name retino, it sounds like retina to me.
I have no idea what brain marrow is. I know what bone marrow is and that's the material in the bones that manufacture blood. There's two types, red and yellow. Red is mostly in the flat bones, yellow in the long bones. The marrow is basically stem cells that manufacture blood components.
Cryotherapy uses cold to as a medical treatment. This can be used to decrease inflammation and distroy cells. You can use it to remove warts and I believe it's usually liquid nitrogen. There are a lots of uses for this, including cancer treatment again.
Radiotherapy: This is the use of radiation as a treatment. They basically use a specialized X-Ray machine It's an ionizing radiation. When I had my treatment, it was daily and very painful. It burns the skin because it kills cells, which is why they use it for cancer treatment.

-lumbar (low back) puncture to sample spinal fluid for testing
-ct scan provides series of images, kinda like lots of x-rays
-MRI provides better images of non-bony structures than ct scan
-retinblastoma sounds like a cancer of the retina?
-no such think as brain marrow...bone marrow makes red blood cells
-cryotherapy means to treat by freezing
-I don't know about radiotherapy.

A lumbar puncture is a fancy name for a spinal tap, which is medicine inserted in your spinal cord thru a needle in your back. A CT scan is an X-Ray of the brain. MRI is a full body X-Ray in which you lay down in a round chamber. I am not sure of the rest. Good luck!
