I want to pass all my VHS movies into DVD. I know I can do it with the computer but I don't know about any easy program to do it. For example I have goldwave to pass my cassettes into CD. Is there a software easy to use?

Try researching Pinnacle. They make all sorts of great software and equipment for video editing. I have Pinnacle Studio version 9 on my computer, along with a box that it came with to hook A/V wires from your TV/VCR up to your computer. You can capture anything off your TV or any other external source, then edit it as you wish and burn the project onto DVD. The final projects come out with a very good picture quality, depending on the original VHS tape of course.
Its not cheap though.

do a search for VHS to DVD in google, but specify "Panasonic" . They make a model that allows you to plug you vhs tape into one side, and put a blank DVD disk in the other side and you click record from tape and it automatically records the vhs onto a dvd. you cant find an easier way to do it, It was about 175 dollars, but so painlessly easy to use, and if you have lots of vhs tapes to convert, its the only way t0o go, if you cant find it, send me a note and I'll get it for you
