If it is your own card well....... there is no offense you just put yourself in debt.

Using someone elses card, without your permission (or even with and you dispute it) or whatever the catch all phrase is "credit card fraud". This is serious bad news as it is usually classed as a federal offense not a state one.

You need to add more detail.
