How did you become anorexic? Do you eat very little... or not at all? I think people with there bones showing is hot!!! I wish i wasnt fat!!!

I was anorexic and I wouldn't recommend it. It's not a "diet," it's a disease that kills! If you don't eat, you will die...sooner or later. Most anorexics do eat...just very little. They eat just enough to not drop dead quicker. Trust me, it's not a life! Your whole entire life becomes about exercising and food and calories, fat grams, etc. You do not enjoy life. You do not have time to do fun things with friends, family or anyone else because your mind is so preoccupied with this disease. These people may look "hot" to you, but they are not happy...if they truly do have anorexia. No one with anorexia is happy.

Anorexia is not the norm- it's a disease. It's tough for people who don't have it to avoid eating. Your body want's to eat, you need to eat. When you starve yourself, your body begins to shut down and do everything it can to conserve energy. The key to losing weight is eating more!
You have to eat the right things, 5 small meals a day and exercise- even 25 mins three times a week- coupled with lots of water will bring you to an ideal weight.
If you think you have an eating disorder or body dysmorphic disorder, you should try and get help for it. Anorexia kills, nothing is worth your life.

i didn't eat for days and if i did i purged and excercised heavily and lost too much weight that i was sick and always depressed... i startedeating but my mind is still not right on track and when i look at pictures of myself, it scares me a lot because i was so boney....you really don't want that and god help them who are....
