You're close to ideal weight, and if you like yourself where you are, you shouldn't worry. As a rule of thumb for women, a hundred pounds for five feet and five pounds per inch over that gives a good estimate. For men, 106 plus 6 pounds per inch over, since men tend to have more muscle mass. These days, peoples' reference points are askew because so many are overweight, so just let it roll off and try not to let that smug smirk show.

at 5ft 8, your ideal weight would be between 126 and 154. that also doesnt take into account having a particularly active lifestyle. so if you do, then being on the lower end of the range is fine.
i think its good you dont let people get to you. as long as you are healthy, arent developing an eating disorder, and you exercise regularly and you are happy with your weight, then thats just where you should be.
since you have a six-pack, that tells me your body fat percentage is low. not too low, but lower than average. that is fine if you like the look.
if people get on you too much about it, i would consult a dietitian and make sure you are living a healthy life, and if you are... just ignore everyone else.
if you want to gain the 10, though, by all means it would be healthy.

You said it yourself, you are happy with the way you are. You are not underweight. My brother is the same height as you but only 125lb, so you can imagine he looks really skinny, but he's still happy with himself. He did start lifting weights at one point, but he packed it in after a while because it just wasn't something he enjoyed and he realised that it didn't matter that he was skinny. Just be comfortable in your own skin, that is all that matters.
Take care : )

You weight is near ideal, the question is are you happy with your weight. You could put on a bit of muscle but thats your choice. If you having no probs with the ladies and your happy then sweet.

You are at my goal weight... I'm 5'8" too. The healthy weight range for a female 5'8" is 131-167ish.
