Well, to be honest with you when it comes to romantic talks i would choose english over persian (or farsi as you refer to it). i mean in iran nobody really uses those phrases. i've never heard someone say the phrase "man asheghetam" (I love you) to his/her spouse. "mano beboos" (kiss me), "mikham beboosamet" (i wanna kiss you), and phrases like these are not as common as you might think! out of the onse you have mentioned "ba mazei" (you're funny) and "to nazi" or "to khoshkeli" (roughly translated as you're cute) are probably the most common ones! although still not that common!
