How old are you, what do you weigh, what is your activity level, your BMI, and is there a history of eating disorders in your family? Unless you are four years old, your diet is seriously lacking in enough nutrition and calories for you to be healthy. I have used this site to help me determine the number of calories I need, and they even provide you with menus to help you eat properly:

Are you on some kind of diet or something? Technically you're supposed to eat several small meals throughout the day. Were you planning on eating dinner? Because if all you ate all day was salad and a few pieces of fruit, then you should probably eat more. Just don't eat right before you go to bed. You should eat an hour prior, then do some light exercises (maybe a few jumping jacks or something along those lines) just don't eat or over exert yourself before bed. Hmm...kinda got off on a tangent, but I hope I helped a little!

You can't ask people if you ate the right amount of food. If your stomach is growling, or if you are hungry then your body is telling you it needs food. If your stomach is satisfied then don't eat until youre hungry again. It's about listening to your body.

well I'm probably the last person to talk...'cause I LOVE to eat and eat often... however, it probably is enough food if you divide it up and eat it over the course of the day instead of all at once...

It sounds like you might need some more protien. maybe some lean meat or low fat cheese. Whole grains wouldn't hurt either.
