Eliminate soda and most sugar from your diet. You would be amazed to see how much this helps.

The right way is to eat a well-balanced diet, get regular exercise, drink water, and count your calories to make sure you are doing the first two correctly.

But, it's not easy. Food can be an emotional crutch, and examining your food habits can be taxing. If you can do it, it is definately worthwhile.

Stop drinking pop is a good start.
Go walking or jogging,and buy food that contains no trans fat.
