It's called photoshop. If you have a digital camera, you should be able to put your pictures on top of eachother. If you don't have photoshop, then download it from the internet

Any basic photo software will allow you to do that. It's just cropping and pasting...
A program that you can download that I find particularly useful is called "gimp" (and as weak as the name sounds, it's effective)
