I have the same problem. I go to sleep at 2am and wake up at 6. I'm not sure what you can do for this.
recently I've been sleeping a lot better, I do drink a glass of milk. For some reason it works.
also try to figure out if something is bothering you and block it from your mind or think about what you can do to fix a problem and fix it in the morning. This is a difficult topic for me, I suffer from this every day.

Each day you get 7 hr. of sleep. Maybe when you wake up at 4 or 5 your internal alarm clock knows you hve gotten 7 hours of sleep but when you go back to sleep it confuses it so it doesn't know when to wake you up. It would probably help if you went to sleep at the same time at night. Maybe instead of sleeping you can meditate for four hours which is equivalent to sleeping for 8 hr.

It sounds to me like something during the week is interfering with your sleep. Consider this: Do you work during the week, but not on weekends? Are you in school during the week? Is there something stressful in your life during the week that is not there on the weekends?

You say you go to bed at 10pm on weekdays and have trouble waking at 7am. What time do you think you actually fall asleep?
