I like him and we are best friends we like flirt and he everytime he has garbage(candy wrappers) he reaches over and puts it in my pocket i think he might like me he once said he would go out with me and now im single and want to go out with him how can i ask him he also sleeps on my arm in classs i now were nto supposed to sleep but anyways. He always smiles and says he loves me (other guys say that to) so ya thats another story are school gets along really well but anways what do i do

Isn't that the truth!!! Besides that point you need to pop that question before he gets asked by someone else first. He could be so in love with you that he is afraid to ruin a good thing if you were to reject him.

Privately ask him to go see a movie with you, just you, not all your friends around. Ask him what time he is picking you up and say "what movie are we going to see". This will kick start the possible thought in his head that you may be looking at it as a possible date.

During this transition and nights end, if he hasn't made a move yet, ask him as he drops you off for the night. "Would you find it weird if we dated?" "Do you think it would ruin a friendship?" "Have you ever thought about what it would be like?" Tell him to think about it and tell you what he thinks and that it has crossed your mind, but have mixed feelings and don't wish to ruin a very close and very good friendship.

Truth is, that is the best way to start a relationship. Be friends first so you get to know each others good and bad.
