Blowdry your hair every morning after you shower. Make sure you are using salon shampoo/conditioner. Also, I have a seperate conditioner that I use about once a week..it really keeps my hair soft and healthy. I leave it in for about 10 minutes while in the shower. Oh, and also you should try curling it under slightly..it looks really nice with layered hair! have fun!

Call the Salon you went to , ask what product they used because you really like it,tell them you would like to buy some. Get your hair re-cut every 5 weeks providing you like the cut, be sure and let the hairdresser know you appreciate her, she will treat you as if you was a Queen, I know this for a fact...I'm a retired Hairdresser.

Buying salon products are expensive, but they really help and gives your hair that soft and silky feel. And don't overwash your hair either. Condition only once or twice a week. I recommend REDKEN. I love that stuff!!

yes it is the products, make sure you ask your salonist what products to buy and then buy them, i would suggest "styling curresence" by aveda, it is a really good product, it shines your hair, makes it have more body, makes it silky, and it also stops your hair from breakage, it is a top hair product and is like $20 bucks a bottle
