A colleague located up in the Toronto office has mentioned about taking this diet plan. Apparently the weight just flies off, however there's some injections or something involved. Is this expensive and dangerous or a good idea?

You will lose weight rapidly, but will probably gain back all the weight and 20+.
You will get injections Vitamin b6 and b12. Ask your colleague if he is experiencing any side effects? Hair loss, stomach pain, dizziness.
I did this several years ago, and all my hair did not come back.
I also know someone who did this, and ended up getting his gallbladder operated on.
