Ummmmmmm Noooooooo, first learn a little about sex and protection. You don't want it to backfire so first learn more about it and then talk to an older person. Perhaps, your uncle or someone who's close to you. Ask them for an advice on this topic. Or sit with your parents and tell them you would like to have this discussion and learn more.

NO. I'm sorry, but you're 16!! She's 13!! Come on, aren't there better, more age appropriate things you can be doing at 13 and 16? Rollerskating? Ok, maybe that was in the early 90's :) I think you're both going to do what you want regardless of what anyone advises, but why complicate life sooner than you need too? Pregnancy, getting birth control, STD's, AID's, Hepatitis, etc, etc, ect. You've heard it all. She'll change a lot between 13 and 16. And you will change a lot between 16 and 18. Maybe at 18 you won't thinks she so cute anymore and can't believe you even thought of having sex with her...or the other way around. So, I would have to say again, NO. Love each other, but wait until you both know you won't regret it.

There is normally some discomfort when the hymen is broken. If she did not experience any then I would question her virginity even though you may not be very big. Most (not all) 25 year old women have had some experience with sex. It may be that she engineered the date to facilitate her story. You may never know. I would step back and take a good honest look at the relationship and why you feel a 25 year old is with a 40 year old. Would you be willing hand your life over to her and let her take care of everything such as assets and family? The most important question is do you trust her?

Well there are several views on the subject. One thing to think about is how traditional are you two? Is she on birth control? If so has she been on it at least 2 months so it for sure gets that 99% protection? You are both young. Your thoughts of eachother and life will change. Two of my best friends dated for years and gave eachother their virginity when we were all in eighth grade. By junior year they weren't together anymore constantly. Then senior year they were completely over eachother. Then the year after we graduated the girl had married someone else. Anyone that knew them thought for sure that they would end up marrying eachother and when they didn't it still seemed like they should've. I lost my virginity when I was 16. My fiance didn't loose his until he was with me when he was 18. I wish I would've waited for him. But in today's world having sex doesn't mean a thing anymore. It's just something that people do just to pleasure themselves not for the love.

No. absolutely not. You probably shouldn't even be dating a girl that young. When you are older, 3 years wont mean anything, but at 13, 3 years is huge. I really do mean it. I am truly asking you to just not have sex with her until she is older, in fact don't do any thing sexual with her. If you INSIST on dating her, just keep it non-sexual, PLEASE PLEASE do this for HER. At 13, even if she says otherwise, and no matter how "mature" she is compared to other girls, having sex at that age could be damaging to her ability to have a normal, healthy relationship for the rest of her life. Just please think about how different it is for a 13 yr old girl. Just give it some time and let things progress later on. You are going to save yourself some guilt later on in life when you are older and especially when you have a 13 yr old daughter. Its best for you both.

NO!! I don't know what state you live in, but in my state you would be charged with statutory rape since she's under the age of 16.
Besides, what would you do if she got pregnant? How would you pay for a baby?

Yes, you are probably too young. On the other hand, that is a choice you can only make yourselves. 13 is much too young in my opinion.
