My small dog (6lbs) has just been stung by a bee in his front paw. He limped around for a second but then he vomited and unintentionally urinated on himself. He won't walk, if I stand him up he wobbles and won't move. He is also panting. Is this normal? Or is something wrong?

my dogs 6 pounds too and she ate a bee, and got stung in the mouth, but you should probably take him to the vet, he might be allergic.
