Why can't I access any folder,file,program,nothing on my computer?

I can't even get into computer management.When I do click on it it asks me what would I like to open it with.On some folders it says"access to the specified device,path,or file is denied."please help me.

Yikes, are you the Administrator? If not, check with the Admin.

do you have antivirus? maybe it's a virus, or you are really not an admin or anything else
