Not necessarily, it can simply be hereditary. I have a friend who was 18 and already had a full head of grey hair, it just ran in his family.

No gray hair is only an indicator of genetics. By the way, your hair doesn't turn gray but white, we have the impression it looks gray because the white hair are mixed with the original color.
When you worry a lot you are likely to undergo hair loss. And, believe it or not, white hair are more resistant than the others which still contain melanin. So they stick to your scalp when the other fall giving the impression that you aged a lot while worrying.

I don't believe so. In fact, in the Bible it says that gray hair is a crown of wisdom...doesn't sound like worrying to me!

No, they say it hereditary. So if your family doesn't have grey hair then you didn't inherent it so you wont have grey hair!
