You know, that's a darn good question. But most of them broke taffic laws though, like they would purposefully jay walk, especially, when they see you coming. So much for the yellow warning sign isn't it.

They put the sign where the deer cross--where there have been deer hit by cars or lots of sightings of deer crossing there. Not the road sign first.
