How long ago did he move? Has he contacted you in any way since he left? Those could be clues as to whether or not anything will happen. How did he feel about you before he left? Did he have someone? Did you? Perhaps..yes..why not?

i wouldnt. long distance relationships are hard to keep up. but thats only me.
