Yes and if you do you will get water intoxication. There was this woman who went on a radio station. And they were havign a 2-gallon water drinkign contest. She won and then she got sick and died. She was a yougn mother of 3. Of course, the radio station shut down. I'd say top drink 1-pint water bottle at a.m and another on in pm. But dotn drink to little water to get you dehydrated because i got dehyfdrated twice and it's not a pretty site. I felt heavier and i was throwing up every minute

Yes. There was a local woman who just died from water intoxication-drinking 2 gallons in a matter of mines. She was trying to win a radio contest. Only an idiot would drink that much.

I run cross country in the fall and my coach told me that you can tell you're drinking the right amount when, I know this is weird, but when your pee is clear. I pretty sure it would be very very hard to drink too much water.

It's called water toxicity. Too much water (as in most things) can kill you.

Some lady entered a radio stations contest to see who could drink the most water. Later that day she died. I think they said, the water diluted her electrolytes and it killed her.

Yeah. Some people have died from being too hydrated. The early warning signs are often subtle and may be similar to dehydration and include nausea, muscle cramps, disorientation, slurred speech, and confusion.

You can die if you drink to much water. I don't know how much though, so, start with a gallon then refill it and keep repeating till you die. That'll be the amount you want to watch out for.
