so i want to be healthy right?? well how many calories should a teenage girl eat? and wat are some good tips to being healthy like wat arre really good healthy food. give at least one for breakfast lunch and diner and 2 snaks please!!!!!!!

well im a teen too (17 years old) but im tall and skinny and active....so it all depends on that *age, exercise levels, weight, height...but u shouldnt really restrict calories at all since we are still growing..just eat fruit vegies dairy protein and GOOD carbs..no sugar...well maybe once ina while is okay ^^

i eat around 2000 just because i workout daily
