Does anyone agree? The brain transmutes every bit of information into thoughts, therefore giving you but a film of the (recent) past. The heart will give you direct reality, as it is renewing your vitality every second.....

What I pretty much meant was if you have your attention on your physical heart, you will be filled with life & in contact with split-second reality. If you focus on your thoughts you can end up being too biased upon reality. Your brain could become a filter and you could lose some spontaneity...

But the heart itself isn't new. Anyway, the heart doesn't create hemogoblin and those are created through tRNA translation in your cells.
