I just turned twelve and I weigh 145 I will get really depressed sometime but that just makes me want to eat something. I ride my bike for like 15 minutes every day and I am on the swim team. I feel really lost . PLEASE HELP ME !

Okay, first of all, don't worry so much. You are only 12 years old. Most likely you still have some of that "baby fat". And as you grow older and taller, it will disappear.

But, if you think it's that serious, something I would recommend is dancing. Just go in your room, turn on some music, and dance for about 15 minutes twice a day.

And here's another tip. Try not to eat after 8 PM unless it's a small snack, like an apple, granola bar, a cup of cottage cheese, etc.

And eat healthy. If you cut out eating completely, or stop eating as much as you should, this will slow down your metabolism and cause you to gain weight back quicker.

I would say to eat 3 meals a day...healthy meals with steamed vegetables and not so much fried food or fast food. This can really pack on the pounds and isn't good for you at all.

And if you start feeling hungry between meals, eat something small...like I said, an apple, orange, celery and peanut butter...something of the sort.

Well, you should eat healthy foods and exercise more...like running for an hour. If you rather ride bike, I suggest ride for an hour, too. 15 minutes doesn't work for you getting lose weight. You should work out any longer, not short. Don't eat too fast, just slow...take your time. If you eat too fast, you will gain more pounds.

the only way you can lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. its good that you get some exercise, but try moving up to maybe a half hour a day at least if you can, because cardio exercise is what burns fat. when you snack, choose fruits or vegetables-- they are healthy and lower cal, plus they give you good nutrients you need. dont get too frustrated, its tough. good luck :)

your to young to think about weight lost. Just try to eat healthy. vegetables and fruits will be good to eat when you need to snack instead of junk food. Alot of walking and salads will help you too.Don't forget to flush your system and drink plenty of water.

...chop off your arms and legs! that will make u lose alot of weight fast!.....no but seriously......you shouldn't be worrying about your weight at this age....just eat well and exercise regularly and everything will be fine...trust me....wait till ure body is fully developed...wich is 18.
