Creators of Web Browsers?

like for example, u created a browser using VB.net.. definitely ur r going to use the microsoft web controls.
are u going to pay microsoft for dat.. after ur browser was finished?

Can you ask your question in a better way? what do you mean by paying to Microsoft?

When you write a program by a Compiler you should read the Policy , but I don't think you need to pay anything except the licence of using that compiler and then you can make your Applications and maybe sell them.
