ON OUR 11 MONTH ANNIVERSARY...I HAVE KNOWN HIM FOR A BIT MORE THAN 1 YEAR...I STILL LOVE HIM, BUT IM NOT SURE OF HOW HE FEELS ABOUT ME.. BECAUSE HE CALLS ME, BUT HE TALKS ABOUT GIRLS THAT HES TRYIN TO HOOK UP WITH..BUT WHEN I TELL HIM THAT IM GOING TO STOP CALLIN HIM..HE SAYS NOT TO..AND HES COMING TO FLORIDA FROM CALIFORNIA DURING MY BIRTHDAY...IM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO..BECAUSE I LOVE HIM..

It's hard b/c part of you wants that closure. But only you know your own mind. Will you be able to talk to him and get the answers you want.
But he is a jerk and if talking to him is going to make you want him back then you have to stay far far away from him. He calls you to talk about other girls to try to brag about being happier without you than he was with you. It's a classic thing exes do. They call and have long conversations about the girl they are with. If you were with someone else, you'd start telling stories about your guy and you'd end up in a game of one-upsmanship. He doesn't want you back, he just wants to rub it in your face that he dumped you.
If it were me, I'd just tell myself I'm better off without him. Tell him not to come see you and stop calling him. and if he came to Florida to see me, I wouldn't answer the door. He doesn't deserve you.
