Lately everythings been pissing me off. WHY???

PMS? lol, now you know what it's like to be a woman.
Seriously, something in your life right now isn't right. Deep down, you're really worried about it. You're feeling angry, or unfulfilled over an issue that isn't getting resovled and you're not sleeping well. You may not even have acknowledged what this problem is. But you have to figure out what is really bothering you and what is making you feel so frustrated and annoyed all the time at every little thing.
If pain persists... see a doctor - there's no shame in explaining how you're feeling. You'll be suprised at how they can help you.

Irritability is a classic symptom of depression...I go through it too especially when my depression is further aggravated by stressful events/situations. I have a hard time sometimes of keeping my frustration in check and I get really pissed off at people and I take it out on people I care about like my husband. I feel bad about it when I have the clarity to see how I behaved and realized why I was doing it...

Your life is probably complicated and you are possibly finding it more difficult to cope. You need to see if you can find someone to talk to....

If you are stressing over something that will cause it. The way to stop is to take a deep breath and count to 20 before you say something, once the words are out you can't erase them, so choose your words carefully. You need to find out what is putting you in a foul mood and deal with it. Good luck, God bless and put angels on your pillows.

You probably are experiencing a lot of stress right now. That could explain why you might be easily irritable.
The best thing to do is get lots of sleep and maybe just take a day off and do nothing but fun things.

That sounds like me, Thats the first sign of a major depression coming on. It's the red flag. If yours last longer then seven days I would suggest seeing your doctor and bouncing it off of them?

Can I ask if this is the first time or is this happening more and more?

are u irritating to people... or u're being irritated? hee.. basically just calm yourself down at every problem you're facing ... relax your mind for not seein the problem for a sec.. then tackle the problem with the best and good solution..

If your a teen then its normal. All teens go through it..just take deep breaths and listen to calming music or somin at night..And sleep more
