Please do not tell me to drink a coke, because that is what I am trying to avoid. I am so tired and wiped out. I can not get through the day. By 2pm I am done, I can barley function. Any serious help would be appreciated. I am also mad at everyone!!!!!! I have to be strong.
Thanks

your tired because all the toxins are going out of your body just like when we go on a detox diet or something you feel tired and yucky for 5 days or so drink lots of water and fresh fruit juice to flush the toxins out of your body and eat well hey you have gone well dont give up now you have done so well the crankies will go before you know it xoxo

If you need something to help you wake up --or stay alert-- eating an apple helps even better than coffee!

'Cold Turkey' is the hardest way to quit!

There are several herb &/or grain based beverages that taste similar to coffe, that you can mix coffee in, gradually lowering the amount of coffee while raising the amount of the alternative in each serving. "Teecino" even gives dosage recommendations, & offers several flavors. It's a drip, though. Several are instant, like "Pero". When I make that --just a bit stronger than it says to-- my family can't tell it apart from coffee! (Both have chicory.)

People with chronic low blood pressure often feel tired a lot. (Coffee raises BP.) If you have LBP, you might want to try some alternative methods to raise it , naturally, like those mentioned at:

Just try to get more sleep during the night and try to tuff it out it's only been 8 days. About 7 months ago i just decided to quit drinking pop and I was like you but I just went to bed a little earlier and that did it for me. You should get your energy back in a week or so. Good luck, it does get easier.

First thing... you should never quit anything all together you should always slowly get off it. Secondly, If you drink coke more than anything else slowly drink more Green Tea or some type of juice gradually more than coke... it can be done over a 2 week period or less it is different for everyone!
