FLUENT spanish speakers--help please?!?

Please do NOT answer these questions if you will just go on an online spanish translator...
Answer all the questions and I'll choose a best answer! Please?!

1. Tuxedo in spanish--is it el smoking or el smokin? (because my teacher wrote smokin but that wasn't in the dictionary)
2. To write El Corregidor WAS el gobernador de antes. Do I use era or fue or does it matter? (because the question used fue but I thought you would use era...)
3. Does SE VENDE ropa tradicional..... mean traditional clothing IS SOLD? Is that what the se vende, se venden expression translates to?
4. To be a size (in clothing) can I say-- "Ella era cinco" to respond to the question "...y de qué talla era?"
5. Which is correct.....porque no le gusta Demetrio or ...porque no le gusta a Demetrio? (Do you need the A before Demetrio)
6. I wanted to say that "el documento explica ABOUT the possessions..." Do I use sobre or de?
7. How, using parecer, do I say "He seems somewhat sneaky" Do I need a 'se' anywhere

"Why use the past tense, is she now very fat, very thin or dead?"

I have to use the past tense-imperfect to respond to and mirror the question asked "y de que talla era"

3. the vest way to translate se vende to English is "for sale" as: "traditional clothing for sale".
4. the short answer would be ella era cinco but the most proper one would be ella ere talla cinco.
5. it depends which is the original sentence if you are talking about something Demetrio don't like you would use "a" no le gusta "a" Demetrio, but if the sentence was something like she don't like Demetrio than you will only say A ella no le gusta Demetrio.
6. you can use sobre or de they are both correct
7. El parece..... no need for "se"

about the other the way to mirror that in past tense would be:
estaba ella muy gorda, muy delgada o muerta?
