I hate the feeling of not being hungry!!??? please I feel full and I dont want to feel sluggish, any exercise to fix that.

Either do several hard sets of squats or deadlifts. Follow that with about a 15-20 HIIT cardio workout. You should be hungrier than a beast after the workout.
