i need to obtain my birth certificate from holland and cant find a web site for births in holland

You have to go to the municipality where you were born. You could try sending them a fax with a copy of some ID and ask them to send you a print out. Birth certificates in the Netherlands are nowadays just that, a print out. Expect to pay 4 or 5 euro for the paper.

Applications for Dutch birth certificates are processed at the municipal level. All Dutch cities and towns have their own .nl website. Alternatively, you could try the Association of Netherlands Municipalities VNG (see link below) for information.

If your Country has a Health Ministry..I'd try there
